Presentation / History

Since the early 90's we are selling toy kites.
To achieve more technical products, a kite team was hired in 1999 to improve the quality.
After two years of hard work by our technical and design staff, changing lots of details and designing hundreds of drawings, we decided to found the brand Conquerair in 2001 and to sell the kites under this brand new private label.

Our purpose is to make kites for everyone who wants to learn to play with a kite, from small and easy-to-fly 1-line kites for the children who has never done it, over a big range of sport kites for the intermediate level, up to easy and cheap 2-line and 4-line parafoils for the semi-professional kiter.

Nowadays Conquerair is a independent company, market leader in Belgium and selling also in France, Holland, Germany, United Kingdom, and other countries.
Together with the sellers in your local shop, who will assist you to choose the kite that fits you, we hope you will enjoy flying your Conquerair kite !

Engineering For each kite, we make detailed technical sheets, so the factory knows exactly how to make the kite.

Testing After making one sample, we do different tests to assure the quality: we fly in different wind-forces, do some crash-tests, verify the bridle-lengths, lines and stitchings.If necessary, we correct and send the final proof back to the factory, so they can start the production.Once the production has been finished, we do some additional checkings to verify if the produced kites are in conformity with the technical sheets.
